1、 Key points of product selection
1. The main control parameters of Youshi brand polyurethane composite air duct are combustion performance, thermal conductivity, insulation material density, plate thickness, surface material, etc.
2. The air duct of ventilation and air conditioning system should be circular or rectangular section with the ratio of long and short sides no more than 4, and the maximum ratio of long and short sides should not exceed 10.
3. the surface layer of polyurethane foam plastic composite duct should be non combustible material.
4. The air duct of ventilation and air conditioning system shall be made of non combustible materials, except for the following situations:
a) The air duct and flexible joint contacting with corrosive medium can be made of refractory materials;
b) For the ventilation and air conditioning systems in gymnasium, exhibition hall, waiting (train, ship) building (Hall), office building and class C, D and e workshops outside high-rise civil buildings, when the air duct is set according to the fire compartment and equipped with smoke and fire damper, the refractory materials with less toxicity of combustion products and smoke density grade ≤ 25 can be used.
5. It is not suitable to transport corrosive medium.
6. The manufacturer shall provide the resistance coefficient of air duct for calculation of resistance loss.
2、 Key points of construction and installation
1. The installation of Youshi polyurethane composite air duct must meet the following requirements:
a) 45 ° angle bonding or "H" shaped reinforcing strip shall be used for splicing of composite board air duct plate, and the splicing position shall be coated with adhesive. The adhesive shall be non combustible material. When the side length of air duct is less than or equal to 1600mm, the 45 ° angle notch should be directly bonded, and aluminum foil tape should be pasted on both sides of the bonding joint; when the side length is greater than 1600mm, H-shaped PVC or aluminum alloy reinforcing strip should be used to splice at the 90 ° angle notch.
b) It is forbidden to cross other pipelines in the air duct;
2. Protective measures shall be taken according to the design requirements for the air duct conveying air temperature higher than 180 ℃.
3. After the installation of the air duct system, the tightness test shall be carried out according to the system category, and the air leakage shall comply with the provisions of code for acceptance of construction quality of ventilation and air conditioning engineering (GB 50243-2002).
