The double-sided non-woven fabric is specially treated to ensure a good adhesion between layers; the Pu hard foam insulation layer in the middle adopts advanced mixing and cloth technology, with fine bubbles, uniform density, and reliable guarantee of strength and heat insulation performance.
1. The thermal conductivity is very low.
The thermal conductivity of polyurethane rigid foam is ≤ 0.024 w / m · K. It is a very good building energy-saving material with excellent thermal insulation performance. Under the same thermal insulation effect, 25mm thick polyurethane foam insulation layer has the same insulation effect as 40mm thick EPS, 45mm thick mineral wool, 140mm thick cork, 380mm thick concrete or 860mm thick ordinary brick, and the insulation layer thickness is reduced by about 40% compared with EPS.
2. Heat preservation, waterproof and sound insulation.
The water absorption of polyurethane rigid foam insulation layer produced by our factory is very low. The experimental results show that the thermal conductivity increases only about 3% when the moisture content increases by 1% v / v. At the same time, due to the excellent closed cell structure of polyurethane rigid foam insulation layer, it has excellent sound insulation function and can provide comfortable and quiet indoor environment.
3. Strong self-adhesive force.
Compared with similar insulation materials, polyurethane rigid foam produced in our factory can be directly bonded with cement, steel structure, clay, asphalt, wood, glass, plastic and other materials. Without any adhesive, bonding strength is greater than its own crack resistance, which fully meets the technical requirements of external wall insulation engineering in China.
4. The physicochemical properties are stable.
The polyurethane rigid foam material can be used for a long time in the environment of -50 - +150 - C, and its temperature can be used for a long time. The temperature in short term can reach 250 C, and the foam will not cause any damage. The physical and chemical properties of polyurethane hard foam insulation layer produced by our factory are very stable. Once it is formed by reaction, it is insoluble in most solvents and is not affected by waste gas and industrial gas. It is not rotten, plastic resistant, anticorrosive, tasteless and nontoxic.
5. Excellent fire resistance.
Polyurethane rigid foam material can meet the requirements of high fire resistance for building insulation materials, that is, B1 or B2 grade building materials flame retardant standards, and polyurethane rigid foam is inert in combustion. Carbonization of fire surface does not produce molten combustion substances, thus inhibiting the spread of fire and burning point is higher than that of wood. According to the fire prevention experiment of the rigid polyurethane foam exterior wall insulation system made by the Institute of fire protection of Chinese Academy of Building Sciences, the results show that the rigid polyurethane foam exterior wall insulation system does not transfer the fire when it burns in case of fire, and the flame retardant performance can fully meet the requirements of the building exterior wall fire protection standard.
