1. Extremely low thermal conductivity.

The thermal conductivity of polyurethane hard foam is ≤ 0.024w /m•K, which is a very good building energy saving material with excellent thermal insulation performance. Under the same insulation effect, the insulation effect of 25mm thick polyurethane rigid foam insulation layer is equivalent to 40mm thick EPS, 45mm thick mineral wool, 140mm thick cork, 380mm thick concrete or 860mm thick ordinary brick. The insulation thickness is reduced by about 40% than EPS.

2. Insulation, waterproof and sound insulation.

The water absorption of polyurethane rigid foam insulation layer produced by our factory is extremely low. The experiment shows that the thermal conductivity only increases about 3% for every 1%v/ V increase of moisture content. At the same time, due to the polyurethane rigid foam insulation layer with excellent closed-pore structure, so that it has excellent sound insulation function, can provide a comfortable, quiet indoor environment.

3. Strong self-adhesion.

Compared with similar thermal insulation materials, the polyurethane rigid foam produced by our factory can be directly bonded with cement, steel structure, clay, asphalt, wood, glass, plastic and other materials, without any adhesive, the bonding strength is greater than its own anti-cracking strength, fully meet the technical requirements of China's external wall insulation engineering.

4. Stable physical and chemical properties.

Polyurethane rigid foam material can adapt to a wide range of temperature, can be used in the environment of -50℃ -- +150℃ for a long time, short-term use temperature can reach 250℃, and foam will not produce any damage. I plant production of polyurethane hard foam insulation layer physical and chemical properties are very stable, once the reaction formed, insoluble in most solvents, not affected by waste gas and industrial gas, no rot, anti-plastic, anticorrosive, tasteless, non-toxic.

5. Excellent fire performance.

Polyurethane rigid foam material can meet the higher fire performance requirements for building insulation materials, namely B1 or B2 grade building materials flame retardant standards, and polyurethane rigid foam plastics in the combustion inert, in the face of fire carbonization, will not produce molten burning material, so as to inhibit the spread of fire, the ignition point is higher than wood. The fire test of the polyurethane rigid foam external wall insulation system conducted by the Fire Protection Institute of China National Institute of Building Science shows that the polyurethane rigid foam external wall insulation system does not transmit fire when it is in the presence of fire, and the flame retardant performance can fully meet the requirements of the building external wall fire standards.
